Characteristics of a Team Nila Ambassador for ActiveSG Membership:

1. Volunteers should be 18 years and above
2. Comfortable and enjoys interacting with people of all ages.
3. Good command of the English language and preferably a second language .(Mandarin, Malay or Tamil) and/or common dialect.
4. Tech-savvy and comfortable promoting ActiveSG apps and campaign-related offerings.
5. Display in-depth knowledge of ActiveSG as well as general knowledge in local sports news and progress.
6. Highly motivated and confident.

Role description

1. To approach public and encourage ActiveSG Membership sign-ups, programmes, visit facilities or campaign-related offerings via the ActiveSG app.
2. Explain details of ActiveSG clearly and propose solutions that meet the interested parties’ needs.
3. Record and report feedback/ questions to SportSG’s representative.
4. Engage the public with various ActiveSG engagement activities.
5. Uphold the good name of SportSG.
6. Educate the public on ActiveSG narrative and its latest initiatives.
7. To be responsible for the condition of the IT equipment (iPads, accessories and/or Wifi routers) used in the course of promoting at events.

Training will be conducted on 25 May Sat 2019 9am to 12pm, followed by several activation in June to July 2019.
