    We’re looking for volunteers to support with stage setup for an upcoming event. Your main task will be arranging chairs on stage before the event and helping to remove them afterward. This role is essential for ensuring the event runs smoothly and on time.

     

    Requirements:

    • Volunteers must be aged 18 and above. 
    • A willingness to work as part of a team and engage with the community.
    • Physically fit to assist with the logistics.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1.  Assist with crowd management to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees.
    2.  Set up chairs on stage as instructed
    3. Ensure chairs are aligned and orderly
    4. Remove chairs after the stage programme ends
    5. Support light movement of furniture as needed
    6. Lunch halal bento provided.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Provide assistance with other event-related tasks as needed, remaining flexible to adapt to the event's flow and contributing to a seamless and efficient process.

*Please consult the event poster for details on timing, rather than focusing on the shift hours. Shifts have been extended to allow flexibility in case of any discrepancies in volunteer hours.*
