Team Nila is working with Table Tennis for Good, a non-profit organization that uses Table Tennis to help people with Parkinson and Dementia. They have worked with top neurosurgeon and they have come out with a 12 week programme call Beat Dementia and Parkinson (BDAP) which help to improve the quality of life for people with dementia and Parkinson. They also have a programme call Table Tennis for Elderly (TTFE).

Volunteers are required to commit for 12 weeks (once a week, 2 hours per session)
Role:
1) Table Tennis Trainer for BDAP and TTFE (table tennis skills required)
2) Care Ambassadors
Volunteers will be contacted after signup confirmed.
Note: All volunteers (regardless of vaccination status) are required to undergo an ART swab test at the sport centre before deployment. Negative ART result will be valid for 7 days for Team Nila who are fully vaccinated and negative ART result will be valid for 3 days for Team Nila who are not fully or not vaccinated.
