TN Volunteer (Wed) - Bukit Gombak

Roles & Responsibilities

• Taking of attendance of the children
• Ushering of children into their own group
• Remind children to adhere to SMM and providing safe environment for children to participate in the activity
• Be an extra pair of eyes to the coach as children have a short attention span and may run around
• Advice/manage parents as they are unable to enter the field (If unsure get them to check with the coaches instead)
• Assist coaches in reacting his instruction if the children did not get the information

Things to note:

• Bring water bottle along for hydration purpose
• Pack light as there is no dedicated storage space
• You are to be in sport attire, covered shoes and Team Nila shirt so that centre staff and coaches will be able to identify you
• Be 10/15 mins early so that the coaches will be able to have a short brief before the start of the session

*This opportunity is only available to volunteer who are able to commit ONCE per week for AT LEAST ONE THIRD OF THE SEASON (Minimally 3 weeks of signed up)

**For volunteer who wish to qualify for Grassroots Coaching will require,

1. To commit ONCE per week for the WHOLE SEASON (10 weeks)
2. Coaches will review and select from the list OR referred by coaches
