By Youth Corps Singapore

ABOUT
  • Neighbour Cares is back for a new year and we would like to invite YOU to embark on this journey with us!

This opportunity is a youth-led initiative part of the Youth Corps Leaders Programme. The aim of the project is to look out for the welfare of seniors who tend to be isolated, specifically in the region of Toa Payoh.

Weekly engagement sessions with our beneficiaries will be physical. The exact locations will be shared during onboarding. Volunteers will be required to report their attendance to volunteer managers.

Prior to the engagement sessions, volunteers must attend the following training sessions:
29 Jun 2000-2200: Virtual Welcome Tea Session on Zoom
OR 3 Jul 1000-1200: Physical Walk the Ground Session @ Toa Payoh

Volunteer appreciation sessions may also be held, though the mode of such events is subject to prevailing Covid-19 measures.

Come join us in our efforts to better the welfare of these isolated seniors and to meet like-minded individuals during your journey with us!
