(1) IVP Games - Event Volunteer

The Institute-Varsity-Polytechnic Games (IVP Games) is a series of sports and games that students of the local tertiary institutions compete in annually.

Volunteers will be assisting the organizer with duties such as: (Actual role will be allocated by event organiser on the day itself).

1) Registration

2) Call Room

3) Water Point

4) Medal Ceremony 

5) Fringe Activities 

6) Track Assistants

7) Logistics

8) Any other duties required



Requirement:

1) Volunteers need to be at least 16 years old and fully vaccinated.

2) Volunteers will need to be able to stand for a few hours under the sun.


Note:

Attire - Team Nila tee with bermudas/pants & sport shoes.  Those without Team Nila tee will be issued one on the event day itself.

Bring along a cap, sunblock/sunscreen and your own water bottle to rehydrate yourself (water can be refilled at the venue).

(2) All Comers Meet 1 - Event Volunteer

Volunteers will be assisting the organizer with duties such as: (Actual role will be allocated by event organiser on the day itself).

Team Nila Photographer

Team Nila Sport Photographers will be required to take photos of the activities and behind-the-scenes. All photos will be deposited into SportSG archive for necessary usage. 

Photographers are required to use your own camera to capture high-res event shots and special sportsmanship/interaction moments(no mobile photographers)

Note:

1) Volunteers have to be fully vaccinated.

2) Attire - Team Nila tee with bermudas/long pants/jeans and covered shoes. 

First time volunteers without the Team Nila tee will be issued one when you report for duty.
