ABOUT


  • Clinic Greeters are stationed at the clinic's main entrance, waiting area and within area and within consultation rooms, to help patients during their visit.

     

    Responsibilities:

    - Supporting patients who are at the clinic for their appointments, especially the elderly who may require more assistance.

    - Responding to queries by patients/caregivers.

    - Acting as an ambassador for the clinic's initiatives such as support group sessions by sharing them with patients and encouraging sign-ups.

    - Assisting patient with mobility issues in getting around the clinic and hospital.

    - Any other simple tasks as required.

     

    Volunteers hours:

    - Each volunteering slot is 4 hours, either from 9am to 1pm or  1pm to 5pm on a week day.

     

    Vaccination requirement:

    - Volunteers are required to be vaccinated in order to volunteer with us in a clinical environment.  You should also be vaccinated against Covid-19.

  • Assist with patient's registration at self registration kiosk.
  • Guiding patients to stations in NSOC, NDL, NRD, Pharmacy.
  • Giving out and assist with filling up of feedback forms in NSOC.
  • Assist with conduct of patient surveys.
  • Responding to queries by patients/caregivers.
  • Assisting patient with mobility issues in getting around the clinic and hospital
  • Any other simple task as required by clinic supervisor.
