The Singapore Badminton Association (SBA) seeks to promote and develop badminton, one of the most popular sports in Singapore, as well as establish the Republic as a top badminton nation in the world.
The Young Shuttlers Programme is part of the Badminton Promotion Centre (BPC) initiatives outreaches to primary school boys and girls to build and sustain a talent pool in SBA.
Team Nila will be supporting their event operations.

Team Nila is required to assist the organiser with the following duties:Roles includes (actual role will only be assigned when you report for duty):1) Assist the coach of each game station with directing and instructing the students on how to play the game. 2) Once each group of students have completed the station, direct that group of students to the next court and at the same time prepare to receive the next group of students.
3) Ensure that all students are playing the games in a safe manner (avoid waving the racket around).
4) Assist in distributing rackets to students upon completion of all 4 stations.
5) Setting up of the 4 stations and packing up of logistics matters.
6) Any other duties assignedNote:- Volunteer briefing and training will be done on site when you report for duty.- Bring your own water bottle for hydration.
- A meal will be provided per shift
- Attire: Team Nila t-shirt with pants/bermudas and sports shoes.*First timer volunteer will be issued the t-shirt when you report for duty.
