Role Description

• Assisting patients with directions around the clinics and within the eye centre
  • Example, directing to the appointment venue or facilities etc
• Look out for patients who are/may have a potential fall-risk
• Show concern and assistance to patients who look distressed 
• Engaging patients on the use of service kiosks and its applications
