    ⏰ AM Shift: 9.00am – 3.00pm | PM Shift: 2.30pm – 8.30pm

     

    ✨ Volunteer Roles Available:

    1. Experience Preparation Ambassador
      Help prepare activity materials, pack giveaway items, and ensure every family receives a warm welcome.
    2. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family Engagement Champion
      Support children's activities, engage families, and help create a fun, safe, and memorable experience for all.

    ✅ We are looking for volunteers who are:

    1. Physically fit and energetic
    2. Comfortable communicating in English
    3. Positive, proactive, and ready to have fun
    4. Not afraid of getting creative with balloons 🎈

    🍽️ Halal meals provided.

      To Note: 

      • By volunteering for this activity, you consent to the sharing of your information with MENDAKI and agree to be registered as a MENDAKI volunteer. MENDAKI may contact you with updates on future volunteer opportunities.

      • Please note that photos, videos, and/or interviews taken at our events may be used by Yayasan MENDAKI and/or the organiser for marketing and publicity purposes.

      • In the event of any changes to the programme, volunteers will be informed in advance.

    🎁 Experience Preparation Ambassador APPLY

    👥 Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Pack and prepare giveaway bags and activity materials
    • Assist with event setup and replenishment of supplies
    • Prepare balloons and activity resources
    • Ensure activity stations are well-stocked and organized
    • Support adhoc logistical needs throughout the event

     Volunteer Requirements

    • Able to commit to at least one full shift
    • Willing to be on your feet for the duration of the shift
    • Are detail-oriented and proactive

    👥 Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Guide and direct attendees to the respective event areas
    • Facilitate smooth crowd flow and ensure a pleasant visitor experience
    • Assist with event setup and operational support as required
    • Provide general assistance and information to festival attendees

    📋 Volunteer Requirements

    • Friendly, approachable and enthusiastic
    • Able to commit to at least one full shift
    • Good communication skills
    • Willing to be on your feet for the duration of the shift
