Team Nila volunteers will be attached to a local or international team.

• To work together with the organizer to guide players to different areas within the competition grounds and assist in any enquiries from the player/team.

Note:

1) Attire - Team Nila tee with long pants/jeans and covered shoes.  First time volunteer will be issued the tee when you report for duty.

2) Bring along your own water bottle to refill water.

3) Travel Light.  There will be no locker to store your belongings.

4) Virtual Briefing will be conducted on 28 October 2023 (Saturday), 2pm.

5) Shift timings are subjected to changes depending on competition schedule.

Team Nila volunteers will be assigning with the event operations:

• To help take players'/teams' attendance entering the restaurant.
• To assist to tidy up the lounge/restaurant.
• To assist with restocking of supplies.

• To assist with set-up of the competition ground.
• To assist in crowd control at spectator stand.

Team Nila Sport Photographers will be required to take photos of the competitions and behind-the-scenes. All photos taken will be deposited into our SportSG Archival for necessary usage.

• Competition & Players' emotions
• Crowd's reactions

Sport Photographers will be required to use your own camera to capture the photos (No phone camera is allowed). Please ensure the decent quality of the photos taken.
