In celebration of National Day, #DoingGood campaign, NParks is organising an Invasive Species Management activity at Telok Blangah Hill Park to encourage the community to come together and care for our environment.
Invasive species pose a threat to biodiversity. They compete for space, light, water and nutrients with other native species. You can often find them smothering our native trees in the park. By removing these invasive species, you are protecting the natural ecosystem and creating a better home for our local flora and fauna.
Come and have a hands-on session to learn what are the invasive climbers that are not welcomed in our forest.
