Your role as a Volunteer Group IC includes:

• Support staff in operations of programme (attendance-taking, registration of volunteers, ensuring volunteers check in/out of sessions)
• Being liason point between volunteer befrienders and staff (Sending session reminders and updating staff on session matters)
• Ensure the safety and well-being of volunteer befrienders during session
• Take on befriending role if there is not enough Volunteer Befrienders

Requirements(Please read before applying):

• Attend all 3 sessions
  
• Age range: 17 to 35 years old
• FULLY Vaccinated
• Befriending experience would be a bonus!

PLEASE NOTE

1. Befriending Sessions: 27 Sept*, 18 Oct, 22 Nov 
2. Volunteer Co-ordinators are expected to arrive at least 10-15mins earlier for each session to support in registration and attendance taking matters (by 6:20pm)
3. Pre-session materials will be sent to volunteers to prepare before hand
